Help Desk Support Roles
After reading the online article, i got an introduction with a few duties of the role of the Help Desk. Help Desk personnel as well as others in the IT field should have a set of Hard and Soft Skills. Understanding this will help myself in the future when i start to look for employment within this field. Hard skills as being well versed in aspects of Technical, security, and troubleshooting skills. As for Soft Skills retains as having good communication, writing, and personal skills when dealing with customers and co-workers.
