Ligands.rotateLigands

Ligands.rotateLigands(oldaxis, newaxis)

Rotate the ligands so that the new axis is in the direction of the old axis. (Note that is recommended to use the importCIF function to define axes rather than correcting them after the fact.)

Parameters

• oldaxis: numpy array giving 3D vector of direction that newaxis will point.
• newaxis: numpy array giving 3D vector.
