ASA Stats discussions

Everything in the ASA Stats should be decided upon in a public discussion.

There are three types of discussions in the ASA Stats project:

• DAO discussions: discussions about the ASA Stats DAO that are conducted in the official repository and are not related to the internal ASA Stats issues

• Official discussions: community-based discussions where meaningful participation is rewarded. The preferred place for official discussions is the Channel's discussions section.

• Other discussions: everything else in ASA Stats official and community channels. The exception: places like the #off-topic Discord channel used for chatting without any benefit to the project or the community.
