Cloud Service health Dashboard

The Cloud Service Health Dashboard in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a real-time status page that shows the availability and performance of all OCI services across regions. It helps you quickly check if a service is operational, degraded, or experiencing an outage.

🌐 What It Is

  • OCI Status Dashboard: A centralized page that displays the health of OCI services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Databases, IAM, etc.) across global regions.

  • Auto-refresh: Updates every 5 minutes to provide near real-time information.

Indicators:

βœ… Normal Performance – Service is fully operational.

ℹ️ Informational – Advisory messages about performance.

⚠️ Service Disruption – Partial failures or degraded performance.

❌ Service Down – Service unavailable.

βž– Not Available – Service not offered in that region.

πŸ“Š Key Features

  • Regional Tabs: View health by region (North America, EMEA, APAC, LAD, EU Sovereign, Multicloud).

  • Event Reports: Each disruption/outage includes details like event title, affected services, mitigation status (Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, Resolved), and Oracle’s response.

  • History: Past incidents can be reviewed by date range, service, or region.

  • Subscriptions: Users can subscribe to RSS feeds or updates for proactive notifications.

Navigate to Cloud health Dashboard click on Bell icon and click on All systems operational- View health dashboard

In History Tab we find all happed incident historical basis.

Using the shown reference number we can raise a ticket to oracle technical Support Team and ask for status.

Go to the Governance and Administration and click on Support Centre

Here we can able to raise a ticket if we have a paid account
