If your USB licence key is not working, please try the following things:

Turn off Windows Core Isolation Memory Integrity

This Windows feature prevents the USB from working because of the way the licence key communicates with programs on the computer. You must disable it to use the USB Licence Key.

Please use your Windows Start menu to search for "Core Isolation" and open the settings page.

Turn off "Memory Integrity":

Now restart your computer. After your computer restarts, make sure that "Memory Integrity" hasn't been automatically re-enabled.

Make sure you installed the correct drivers for the USB licence key

The correct drivers are included in the AAA Installer.

To install the USB licence key drivers you must run the AAA installer with administrator privileges.

When you install AAA it will install the USB licence key drivers automatically.

If it installed correctly you should see a message that says the Dinkey Dongle drivers have been successfully installed. This message will appear even if you installed the drivers previously.

Now restart your computer.
