recorded and data streams can be exported as files for use in other pieces of software go into file export and files here's a dialog from the top down i would always recommend exporting this text file it contains information that will be required if you want to re-import data back in such as praat textgrids wav files can be exported as full stereo files or individual channels you can choose to export any annotations that you've done within aaa in textgrid format for importing into praat the ultrasonics data can either be exported as video or it can be exported in its raw data form and you can choose to which audio channel accompanies the video normally that would be the one with your speech acoustics in terms of the video you can also export with any splines superimposed and finally we can choose the file name structure either with a fixed filename stem and an automatically incrementing numerical postfix or you can use the prompt itself any characters which are illegal for using all names will be stripped out automatically
