This version of artdaq can be built against art s116, s114, s112 and s110. It can be built with gcc v8_2_0 (e19), gcc v9_3_0 (e20), or clang v7_0_0 (c7).

The default set of qualifiers for this version of artdaq is e20:s110.

This version of artdaq fixes the metrics block injection for companion art processes. It also improves several error messages and moves all “system” TLOG calls to levels >32.
