This version of artdaq can be built against art s112, s111, s110, s109, s108, s106, s105. It can be built with gcc v8_2_0 (s19), gcc v9_3_0 (s20), or clang v7_0_0 (c7).

The default set of qualifiers for this version of artdaq is e19:s106.

This version of artdaq adds support for cetmodules v2-based builds and the v3_09 art series.
