This version of artdaq can be built against art s103, s102, s101, s97, s96, s94 (upon request), s92 (upon request), s89 (upon request), s87, s85, s83 (upon request), s82 (upon request), s73 (upon request) or s67 (upon request). It can be built with gcc v6_4_0 (e15), gcc v7_3_0 (e17), gcc v8_2_0 (s19), gcc v9_3_0 (s20), clang v7_0_0 (c7) or clang v5_0_1 (c2).

The default set of qualifiers for this version of artdaq is e19:s96.

This version of artdaq adds support for the s103 qualifier, and includes a number of bugfixes discovered during ICARUS/SBND testing.
