artdaq Release Notes 1.06.00 (17-Apr-2014)

This release of artdaq is specifically targeted for the NOvA data-driven trigger which needed an updated version of art, but probably didn’t have strong opinions on which version of artdaq. As such, this version uses the same versions of artdaq source files as v1_05_10, but is compiled against the newer art.
