Environment variables

When the TRACE UPS product is setup, the “tenv” function/alias shows the TRACE environment variables:

Setting one of the first 6, will activate the “trace file” functionality where traces levels can be changed
dynamically using the ton* and toff* functions/aliases and traces can be sent to a circular memory buffer.
