Once TensorQTL had finished, you will have to send us the mapping results, the information regarding the variability of the CpGs, the Minor Allele Frequency, the genotype counts, and the Linkage Disequilibrium information from the SNPs. Make sure that the files follow the pattern described in the commands (code).

Step 7.1. Send the results from the RNT analysis

In this case, the only files that you will have to send us are the parquet files from TensorQTL: cis_tensorQTL_maf05_hwe05_NOMINAL_(cohort)_(ddmmaaaa)_RNT.cis_qtl_pairs.chr{1:22}.parquet.
