I am certain this thing is going to be OP on Nisha, but haven't tried it.
Haven't tested if this thing drops without DVA accesory.

[Features]

- x10 Projectiles in the shape of a star.
- Lowered fire rate and damage.
- Increases shield capacity by 10% and shield recharge rate by 20%, along with regenerating one bullet per second.
- Cannot spawn with the DVA accesory, but doesn't remove ones with DVA accesory. [DVA not recommended]
- 100 accuracy, but spread increases a bit much while you keep firing.
