Makes most freshly-made ragdolls and such float weightlessly. Some have not been altered since that could potentially cause issues.
If you want to change how long the ragdolls last or flop around, look for these lines inside the WillowGame.ini file, located at C:\Users\(Username)\Documents\My Games\borderlands 2\willowgame\Config ;
SecondsBeforeConsideringRagdollRemoval=600.0	(How long in seconds ragdolls last.)
SecondsBeforeVisibleRagdollRemoval=600.0		(How long in seconds ragdolls last until you can't see them.)
SecondsBetweenRagdollRemovalAttempts=1.0		(How long in seconds goes between each attempt of the game to remove a ragdoll once the lifespan is up.)
SecondsBeforePhysicsShutsDown=8.0			(How long in seconds ragdolls can flop around and not freeze in place.)
Be sure to merge this with your main Patch file, since it uses hotfixes and such.
