Changes the friendly turrets in Let's Build a Robot Army quest 1shot the psychos to not have to sit there and wait for the turret AI to hit the weakened ones
Exec the file after entering the map otherwise it will do nothing
If you just want the turrets to do more damage but not 1shot the enemies, default value is 0.250000
