Turns the Logan's Gun into the Eraser; a weapon mostly like the T4S-R.

[Notes]

Might break the Sunshine shield's nova. I don't know if it does.
I need testing to know if the Eraser actually spawns in all elements. With the Community patch, it drops from badass torks.

[Features]
- Boosted damage. (It had about the damage of, if not, lower than a blue rarity pistol.)
- x2 Laser bullets!
- Available in all elements. (Watch out with sanity checks)
- Higher fire rate.
- Slightly decreased mag size.
- Increased chance to proc DoT (Damage Over Time)
- HP Regen. (It's not that high.)
