This is a quick summary as of 10/29/2020 of the current limitations when migrating to the new AGOL Beta Viewer from an existing web application with web app builder. New features such as grouping are based on Javascript 4.x so to take advantage of any new features you'd need to use applications built on 4.x like the Beta Viewer and the Experience Builder.

Beta Web Viewer Limitations:

• No nested groups, (Group layers are only one level deep)
• No related tables
• Can only add individual map service layers, not fully published map services

Experience Builder Limitations:

• No search widget for layer content (only has a generic geocoder)
