Agreements

• Software license (MIT recommended; must assign IP/copyright and remove liability):
• Stakeholder agreement (stakeholder fills in Stakeholder responsibilities; requires liability limitation clause in the license):
• Concordia IP opt-out: pending. Insurance must be clarified with the professor before Simon signs; if the university doesn't cover it, Simon will insure the team (meeting 2026-09-30).
• NDA (if applicable): Simon is fine with the teacher and TA not signing an NDA (meeting 2026-09-30).
