This will be a guide to setting up PCSX2

Please obtain at least this version of pcsx2 or higher:

Please use v1.7.2389 or higher!

Enabling Texture Mods

In PCSX 1.7 or higher, go to Graphics Settings, and then the Advanced Tab.

Make sure to check LOAD TEXTURES at a minimum to load the texture packs.

Also, in the main Graphics settings tab, disable Mipmapping.

No interlacing/auto widescreen

To use this patch, place it in your pcsx2 'cheats' folder, make sure cheats are enabled in pcsx2. In 'general' settings of pcsx2 set your display aspect to 16:9 and zoom to '0'. Finally, set deinterlacing to 'none' in GS settings. This is what worked best for me.
