Deprecating vsphere_guest

The plan is to deprecate vsphere_guest (using pySphere) in-favour of vmware_guest (using pyvmomi). But currently the following functionality is missing in vmware_guest:

• CD ROM support - #21112
• Modifying MAC address of existing interface ansible-modules-core#3615 - #32885
• Cores per socket - #33149
• Memory reservation - #33080
• Hot Add CPU and Memory
• Hot remove CPU - #33962
• Nested Virtualization configuration - #28149
• Add additional disks into existing VM
• Floppy Support - #37318
• More than 15 disks - #33338
• Multiple datastores for disk specified - #33230

Please feel free to add features/bugs which are not available in vmware_guest as compared to vsphere_guest

vsphere_guest is deprecated from Ansible 2.5 version.

We decided to - IRC meeting log

1. Merge existing PRs and new PRs of vsphere_guest depending upon two facts - Community Reviews and Ansible Playbook -vvvv output.
2. Set low priority to existing and new issues of vsphere_guest and migrate to vmware_guest which is replacement of vsphere_guest.
