Stats - announcerf/Fishling-wiki GitHub Wiki
Stats is a mechanic that are influenced by equippable items. Each stat affects a specific part of the fishing process and most of the values described in precents.
Quantity
Quantity - is a chance to catch additional fish during a single cast. If the value is 100% then you guaranteed to receive 1 fish per cast, if 200% then 2 fishes etc. In descriptons of items this stat described like: Chance to catch more fish increased/decreased by ##%
Quality
Quality - is a chance to catch fish with rarity of rare or higher. It only affects the rarity distribution of caught fish. The higher your Quality value, the better your odds of catching more valuable and rare fish. In descriptons of items this stat described like: Spawn of uncommon fish increased/decreased by ##%
The formulas:
Non-common rariries:
baseChance * (quality + 100)/100 = adjustedChance
For Common rarity ONLY:
(rareAdjustedChance + ... + clearAdjustedChance) - 100 = commonAdjustedChance
For Example:
If your Quality is +50%, the rarity chances will be adjusted as follows:
| Rarity | Base Chance | Adjusted Chance |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 70.0% | 59.05% |
| Rare | 15.0% | 22.5% |
| Enchanted | 8.0% | 12.0% |
| Mythic | 3.0% | 4.5% |
| Legendary | 1.0% | 1.5% |
| Clear | 0.3% | 0.45% |
Fish Bonus
Fish Bonus - is the total number of additional fish that can be caught in a single cast.
Speed Bonus
Speed Bonus - is a precentage of reduced waiting time of /fish command iteration.
For Example:
If your Speed Bonus is +50%, the waiting time will be adjusted as follows:
baseTime * (1 - (bonus / 100)) = adjustedTime
| Base Time | Adjusted Time |
|---|---|
| 1800s. (30min.) | 900s. (15min.) |
