When creating or editing Swift packages it is very helpful to work on the package as a local package. Switching between local and remote implementation through the Xcode GUI is tedious and buggy (orphaned project references, changing Xcode project ids for the package, conflicting and outdated dependencies...) With CLSPM single, multiple and nested packages can be toggled between local and remote implementation.
