MAXREFDES178 comes with factory-loaded demo firmware and it is ready to run. Before running the demo firmware, make sure the protective film on the camera lens removed already. Without removing the film, images on the LCD will look dim and yellow-tinted.

When a USB Type-C cable is plugged in, the cube camera will automatically power on and also start charging the battery if it is not fully charged.

At power-up, factory loaded FaceId demo application will start. The source code of this application is included in this repository. When the FaceId demo application starts, the power LED under the power button will start blinking blue.
