remove/dispose of kitchen cabinets, retain worktops for potential use
remove aga, cap gas
confirm whether heating supply for towel rack exists
confirm condition of wooden floor
plan new water supply and drainage layout
implement shower gravity drainage via external pipe - work on concrete base needed?
replace consumer unit and provide supply and create new ring
implement ceiling wiring to support spots in kitchen, bath, and utility area
drill hole for extractor fan
build internal wall, install pocket door
add supply / drainage pipes to the utility area
build housing behind toilet and sink, include cistern
build false wall behind utlity area
tile wall to window height, including behind toilet cistern
add light swiches to new internal wall outside bathroom
install ceiling spots for bath/utility area
installed recessed shower tray, seal
provide water supply to new kitchen through wall at shower end
build false wall containing piping, mounting for shower at window end of shower
tile back-wall of shower, full height
install and seal shower door
add hand-holds inside shower to tiled wall
