• How can handle if unable to deliver on time?

if SLA is missed for the critical clients we have to communicate with them immediately. Communicate through ph calls & emails should done with respective team. Also describe the matter why SLA is missed. And ensure to the clients that we are putting our double efforts to complete their job asap also give them updates time to time if possible.
