Update Manager

Rostyman checks for updates automatically in the background. When a new version is available, it downloads silently and notifies you with a badge in the status bar.

Automatic Updates

• Checks every 4 hours while the app is running
• Downloads silently in the background
• Shows an update badge (▲ icon) in the status bar when ready
• You choose when to restart — no forced restarts

How to Update

1. When the update badge appears in the status bar, click it
2. A notification appears: "Rostyman X.X.X is ready to install"
3. Click Restart & Install to apply the update
4. Or dismiss to update later — the badge remains until you restart

Manual Check

Go to Settings → About → Updates tab and click Check for Updates.

The Updates tab shows:

• Current installed version
• Latest available version
• Download progress if an update is downloading
• List of recent releases with changelogs (click to expand)
• Download button to manually download a version
• Release notes for each version

Release History

The last 5 releases are shown by default. Click Show More to see older releases.

Rollback

Each release entry has a Download button. You can download and install any previous version if needed.
