Starboard Settings

Setting:	Description	Default Value:
enabled	Toggles Starboard feature	False
min_reactions	Minimum number of reactions to trigger "starboarding" the image	2
emoji_specific	Whether specific emojis need to be used	False
react_emojis	A list of specific emojis that count towards triggering	['✅', '👏']
target_channel_id	The dedicated channel to serve as your Starboard	(placeholder)

You can get the channel ID by enabling Developer Mode in your discord account.

Then, simply right click on the channel and "Copy channel ID"
