Developers are invited to play with the SDK and provide feedback
2. ARC-62: Updated reference implementation
Cosimo Bassi shared updates on an updated ARC-62 reference implementation with integration of ARC-89 for the ASA Circulating Supply endpoint discoverability and integration with ARC-54 for the burned supply
There was feedback from the group that it is not unusual for a token to have >4 accounts that should be considered as non-circulating supply, so a limit of 4 such accounts is probably too low.
David Rojas indicated that the AlgoKit Engineering team will revisit an old PR to Lora related to ARC-62 support to now integrate ARC-89
3. ARC-20: Updated reference implementation
Cosimo Bassi shared updated on an updated Smart ASA (ARC-20) integration with the ASA Metadata Registry (ARC-89) and ASA Circulating Supply interface (ARC-62)
Immediate feedback about the bridging solution was that it is important to projects such as Haystack to be able to bridge to/from non-EVM chains, such as Solana, as well as to have the Algorand NTT bridge supported by Wormhole's relayer infrastructure, which are not in place currently based on the work Folks Finance has done so far.
Cosimo asked if we should consider NTT bridging characteristics in the ARC-89 design, to which the answer was "yes, probably"
6. Proposal to integrate xGov, LiquidAuth, and use-wallet
Michael Chuang discussed a plan to integrate LiquidAuth into use-wallet so that it could then be available to users in the xGov portal
Multiple follow-ups will be pursued with Mike Feher, Bruno Martins, and Doug Richar to discuss each of the different integration points
7. Request for AlgoKit project template feature to publish a library
Ludovit Scholz raised a request for AlgoKit project templates to assist the developer in publishing a package for JS/Python that includes a client for interacting with the smart contract
It was pointed out that developers will probably want to publish only the "minimal" client as a package given the large size of full generated clients
8. AlgoKit changing coming soon
David Rojas gave a brief preview of the upcoming AlgoKit "v4" launch, which notably includes the removal of the SDKs as a dependency for algokit-utils.
Migration guides will be available soon for developers to begin looking at what is involved to migrate
Potential topics for next meeting
Bruno proposed to discuss approaches to fee sponsorship
