ARCs Updates [ARC-52] Contextual Wallet API Pull Request

• An implementation is underway from Pera. When it is available, the ARC will be moved forward and some documentation for HD wallets will also be added to the Developer Portal.

[ARC-81] Partkey Integrity Hash Pull Request

• Will be merged into Last Call.

[ARC-62] Circulating Supply App Discovery via ASA URL Pull Request

• Idea proposed: Create an ARC similar to ARC-73 to add a method interface that displays a list of ARCs followed by the associated app.

Open Discussions: Async Communication Channel for Dev Council Discussions

• The discussion is still ongoing, with GitHub Discussions currently being favored.
• We aim to finalize the decision during the Developer Retreat in early April.
