1. Algokit Utils release:

• ARC-56 Extended App Description is now finalized.

2. URI Scheme:

• ARC-79 URI scheme, App NoOp call extension is now finalized.
• ARC-80 URI scheme blockchain information is a Draft proposal to query blockchain information directly (ASA/App, from local/Global/box to ASA fields) and still needs reviews.

3. Messaging On Chain -> Waiting for messaging using HD Wallet:

• Lute implemented HD Wallet
• Pera Wallet is currently implementing HD Wallet

4. Ideas on what's needed to handle ARC's Reference Implementation in the future:

• Add a way to get ARC's template directly inside Algokit
• Python and Typescript at first, but it needs enough flexibility to add other languages
• Should have a way to check for releases and dependencies

5. Council in 2025

• Renaming: Change the name to “Developer Council” for clearer alignment with its purpose.
• Expanding Topics: Discuss a broader range of subjects beyond ARCs, such as: • Releases • Current work
• Communication: Introduce a new communication strategy supported by enhanced marketing efforts.
• Ecosystem Project Involvement: • Invite projects from the ecosystem to present and explain their work. • Showcase recent updates (with a technical focus). • Highlight how projects are leveraging our tooling.

We will do the next council meeting in January with a review of the past year.
