Agenda

1. Algokit Utils future release:

• Status on PR ARC-56 (Draft) Extended App Description is in Last Call and will be finalized.

2. URI Scheme:

• ARC-79 URI scheme, App NoOp call extension is in Last Call and will be finalized.
• ARC-80 URI scheme blockchain information is a Draft proposal to query blockchain information directly (ASA/App, from local/Global/box to ASA fields) and still needs reviews.

3. Messaging On Chain: I got a request regarding encrypted messaging on-chain (previously ARC-15, which is now deprecated); if someone has plans or ideas around this topic, pls let me know.

4. What should be the limit of ARC reference implementation? Example? Production grade? Audited? What should be the way to discover them? Open Zeppelin-like doc? Algokit template? Dev portal?

5. Council in 2025 General discussion on the scope of the Council.
