Prime is considered as an entry-level hardware for beginners.

Prime Edition is normally operating as a partner of emulation software being running on a Android host.

To set this partnership up, please, switch firmware's operation into the "Bridge" mode.

Implementation limitations

Approved configuration for the Prime:

• RF module is NRF905
• firmware mode is Bridge
• assistant software is Emulator for Android (or Raspberry)

Emulator has support for:

• "Legacy" radio protocol
• FLARM NMEA data port protocol

Since Prime has neither source of positional information nor precision timing - it is unable to provide such advanced features as:

• location based automatic RF band selection
• time based frequency hopping
