This article contains instructions for production of the following units:

They all share the same PCB.

PCB gerber files and casing stereolitography files can be found in Code section (https://github.com/alesskerbinek/FlightSimPanel/tree/main/Hardware/NavCom).

The following points have to be followed using Nav/Com PCB v2.0 (AS 11-2022):

All four 3-digit 7-segment displays (LED1, LED2, LED3, LED4) have to be placed,
Both rotary encoders (SW1, SW2) have to be placed,
Tactile pushbuttons SW4 and SW6 have to be placed (all other SW are left unsoldered),
All other components are placed as per schematics.

The following points have to be followed using Nav/Com PCB v2.0 (AS 11-2022):

Two 4-digit 7-segment displays of "88:88" format have to be placed to LED1 and LED3 positions,
LED2 and LED4 remain unsoldered,
Only SW1 rotary encoder has to be placed (SW2 remains unsoldered),
Spring loaded pushbuttons SW3, SW4, SW5 have to be placed,
Spring loaded push switches SW6 and SW72 have to be placed,
SW71 and SW8 are left unsoldered,
Capacitors C3 and C4 are left unsoldered,
Resistors R24, R25, R26 and R31, R32, R33 are left unsoldered,
Transistors Q5, Q6, Q7 and Q12, Q13, Q14 are left unsoldered,
All other components are placed as per schematics.

3-digit 7-segment display has to be placed to LED1 position,
4-digit 7-segment display has to be placed to LED3 position,
LED2 and LED4 remain unsoldered,
Only SW1 rotary encoder has to be placed (SW2 remains unsoldered),
Tactile pushbuttons SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW71, SW8 have to be placed (SW72 remain unsoldered),
Capacitors C3 and C4 are left unsoldered,

Transistors Q3, Q5, Q6, Q7 and Q12, Q13, Q14 are left unsoldered,
All other components are placed as per schematics.
