Simple LED light

Users purchase "light time". The light turns on for the amount of time purchased. No investors, or perhaps users become investors when they use the demo and get notifications of shareholder payments.

Phone charging station

A box of chargers in the atrium. People can donate chargers, and by doing so, they become investors, and are rewarded with digital tokens. People can pay to charge their phones.
