This plugin is responsible for deleting the comments filed by a user when their user account is deleted.

Please keep this plugin published at all times. If you unpublish it and delete a user who has filed comments you will start receiving error in the public frontend of your site about JUser not being able to load a user. This error comes from Joomla and can not be suppressed.
