View Menu

The View menu allows you to refresh the current display and adjust the zoom level for on-screen readability. These features help tailor the viewing experience without affecting how information prints.

Refresh

Use the Refresh option to reload the visible data and ensure you're viewing the most current information.

💡 Tip: You can quickly refresh the view by pressing F5.

Zoom

The Zoom submenu lets you adjust the display scale of the application interface. This can help you fit more data on the screen or make text and controls easier to read.

🖨 Important: Zoom affects only how content appears on screen — it does not influence how anything is printed.

Zoom options include:

• Zoom In
  Increases the display scale.
  Shortcut: Ctrl + Mouse Wheel Up or Ctrl + +
• Zoom Out
  Decreases the display scale.
  Shortcut: Ctrl + Mouse Wheel Down or Ctrl + –
• Reset Zoom
  Returns to the default 100% scale.
  Shortcut: Ctrl + 0
• Preset Levels
  Choose from predefined zoom levels ranging from 50% to 400%. The currently active level is marked with a checkmark.
• Custom...
  Opens the Custom Zoom dialog, where you can enter an exact zoom percentage using either the text box or the up/down arrows.

The allowed range is 10% to 500%. If you enter a value outside this range, it will be automatically corrected to stay within valid limits.

This feature is useful if you need a precise zoom level that isn't included in the preset options.

📝 Note: The zoom level is saved and will be restored the next time you use the application.
