Export
You can export the schedule using two methods:
- From the File menu
- By right-clicking the schedule and choosing Export from the context menu

Available Export Formats
HTML
- All built-in schedule templates can be exported directly to HTML.
- If you're using a custom or personalized template, additional steps may be needed.

- Exports the schedule as a PDF file.
- Use the PDF Settings window to customize how your PDF looks and is saved.
đĄ Tip: You can also print the schedule to a PDF. This allows for preview and fine-tuning before saving.
PDF Settings
The PDF Settings window lets you control the appearance and layout of your exported PDF:

Options include:
- Layout
- Paper size
- Scale
- Margins
- Background graphics
Clicking Export in this window has the same effect as selecting PDF from the Export submenu.
âšī¸ Note: PDF settings are only applied when exporting to PDF from the Export menu, not when printing.
Preview in Browser
You can preview the schedule in your web browser before exporting or printing. Supported browsers include:
- Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Internet Explorer
- Microsoft Edge
- Opera
đ Note: Each browser handles page breaks differently. If you're experiencing formatting issues, you may need a customized XSL template.

Select Print to open the print dialog with a live preview of the schedule. This option is ideal for quickly checking the layout or printing to PDF.
