This dialog allows you to configure how the Publisher - Full History (Midweek Meeting) report is generated. The options you select determine which publishers are included and how information is displayed.

Gender Filter

Use this section to include publishers based on gender:

  • Brother
  • Sister

If neither is selected, all publishers are included. Selecting one or both limits the report to those chosen.

πŸ“Œ Note: Leaving both unticked includes everyone by default

Serving As Filter

Filter publishers by their current service status:

  • Unbaptised Publisher
  • Publisher
  • Regular Pioneer
  • Other

If none are selected, all are included.

🎯 Note: Use this to tailor reports to specific roles when needed

Appointed As Filter

This filter is only available when Brother is selected. Choose from:

  • Ministerial Servant
  • Elder

Leave both unchecked to include all brothers.

βš™οΈ Note: This helps highlight appointed brothers without affecting sisters’ data

Other Options

  • Field Service Group
Filter publishers by their assigned congregation group.
