Setup - Publishers

This window lets you configure how the Publisher – Full History (Midweek Meeting) report is generated. Your selections determine which publishers are included and how the report is presented.

⚠️ Important: Click OK to save and apply your changes. Clicking Cancel discards them.

How to Access

You can open the Setup - Publishers window from:

  • Report Viewer β†’ Setup (when the Publishers tab is selected)

Gender Filter

Choose which publishers to include:

  • Brother
  • Sister

ℹ️ Note: If neither option is selected, all publishers are included.

Serving As Filter

Choose which publishers to include based on their current service status:

  • Unbaptised Publisher
  • Publisher
  • Regular Pioneer
  • Other

If none are selected, all publishers are included.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Use this filter to tailor reports to specific roles when needed.

Appointed As Filter

This filter is available only when Brother is selected. Choose from:

  • Ministerial Servant
  • Elder

Leave both unchecked to include all brothers.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Useful for highlighting appointed brothers without affecting sisters’ data.

Other Options

Field Service Group

Limit the report to publishers assigned to a particular field service group.

Highlight Future Dates

Highlights assignments scheduled for future dates.

Include School in Parentheses

Displays the location of each student assignment (for example, Main Hall, Class 1 or Class 2) in parentheses after the assignment.

Date Format

These options control how dates are displayed on your reports.

  • Use Custom Date β€” Enable custom formatting.
  • Sample β€” Shows a live preview of the current format.
  • User Defined β€” Enter a custom date format when Use Custom Date is enabled.
