How to handle FAIR Data Objects within the AIRR Standards?

Discussion regarding reactivity information (better: notions) attached to individual reads
- Why do we want to attach this data to Rearrangement if we just decided that we don't want to have it for Receptors?
- We should avoid not do semantic overloading (case distinctions) of reactivity_readout
- Could we have a general linkout for rearrangements? Just reactivity information is a bit odd.
