Topics

  • In general, there was little activity over the last month, as a number of people have been busy with other things. Therefore only brief updates.
  • v1.4 release: No change, waiting to resolve #581.
  • #617: Intended behaviour has been clarified, should however still discuss whether arrays of objects are a reasonable structure for within the schema or whether they should be replaced. Will revisit in the next call.
  • #618: Good feature, should be included in general. However, we need to check whether the R library already handles gzipped input or not, as both libraries should have the same capabilities.
  • #619: Deferred to ComRepo to clarify whether GDC-compability is a desired feature of the ADC API or not.
  • #620: Please join the discussion on the scverse repo. Support for HDF5 would come at little costs for us if scverse people would implement support for AIRR Standards. Note that this concerns the use of HDF5 as an on-disk format, although ADC API support for an Accept: application/x-hdf5 header is a conceivable option in the long run.
