- v1.3.1 release. This was ready to go (draft release), but we picked up a new bug report (#457). Scott has fixed this bug in PR #463. Unless anyone has any objections, Jason will do the v1.3.1 release so we can start merging in outstanding v1.4 PRs.
- We almost have the OpenAPI V3 spec ready. Should we put this v1.3.1
or v1.4.0?
- We'll save this for v1.4.0.
- Is RawSequenceData linked to SRA or is that in SequencingRun?
- We'll add a single field for the accession number. Scott will put in a PR.
- Germline extension (PR #438): We should be able to move forward after people review.
- Storing multiple RunSequencing records per repertoire (#461):
Jason had to drop-off for another meeting while the discussion was
still ongoing, so the following might be incomplete.
- For now, it seemed like we were going to stick with an array representation.
- Planning for publication and the upcoming AIRR-C meeting: We will pass around a draft of the paper and extend it. The consensus seemed to be to include everything from v1.3 to v2.0 in the publication as a general standards update paper (ie, the work since January 2018, excluding stuff not published in the ADC API paper). We will try to finalize the list of items to include in the paper by the December AIRR-C meeting with a presentation that covers all the included topics. The consensus was that it was too ambitious to have a finished draft of the paper by 2020-12-08, i.e., the AIRR-C meeting.
- For v2.0, we want to include the Receptor/Cell schemas, Clones/Trees schemas and ontologies. We will review the Germline schema for addition to that list. RepertoireSet is also TDB. The DataProcessing refactor will be excluded.
- We are going to move the meeting on 2020-12-14 to 2020-11-30 to prepare for the AIRR-C meeting, then take December off.
