** Organization ** = AIRR2019 Panel Discussion = - Tanya Barrett (GEO, NCBI) has declined our invitation due to scheduling

conflicts. Will contact Ilene Mizrachi (Head of primary data archives @NCBI) once US Gov't shutdown is over. Addendum 2019-02-04: Done

** New topics ** = single-cell standards = - DataRep WG has requested new fields and a distiction between "cell ID" and

"pair ID". This distinction is meaningful for a number of experimental setups (e.g. single-cell sort but only IGH sequencing; stochastic pairing on bulk data). It should not pose any compatibility issues with non-AIRR databases as this just introduces additional custom keys. Versioning (MiAIRR 1.1 vs. 2.0) needs to be discussed.

standards and data sharing.

** Future of WG ** - Timing and mode of transition from WG to standing committee (SC) - Tasks that need to be done before: -- single-cell standards (or will this become a new WG)? -- make own data sets MiAIRR-compliant -- Metaanalysis/Ecosystem demo (or will this become a new WG)? -- finalize MiAIRR 1.1
