** New Topics ** = Other Stakeholders for Data Standardization = - We have been asked by MeetingSC to run a panel discussion at AIRR2019

on (meta-)data standardization efforts, which should involve other stakeholders.

• Until now the only other stakeholder identified is the EuroClonality-NGS group, which deals with AIRR-seq for diagnostic purposes in the context of lymphomas (e.g. MRD). Christian will try to initiate contact with them.
• If you are aware of any other stakeholders, please let us know
• If you have any ideas regarding our slot at AIRR2019, please contact Florian or Christian (and CC Jean).
• "data standardization" is interpreted as referring to content, hence we will not interfere with DataRep or ComRepo

** MiAIRR 1.1 ** = Nat Immunol submission guidlines = - Letter has been finalized, Steve will send it out

= Metaanalysis = - Brian: If there are any interesting Data Sets on SLE that you are aware

of, get in touch with him if the data is available at SRA. The iReceptor team will then evaluate whether to include the data into iReceptor.

= Ontologies = - ComRepo will use organism as the first field/keyword with an

external ontology, in this case "NCBI Taxonomy".

• This should be straight forward as animal binomial species names are very well curated (i.e. always unique)
• The next two fields will be strain_name (Lindsay will talk to IEDB how their "JAX + custom" implementation works) and cell_subset/cell_phenotype
• This will be a main topic of the September call

** Other AIRR WGs ** = Communication SC = - The move to of the AIRR website to antibodysociety.org is currently

breaking deep links (e.g. to pages of individual WGs). There was a consensus in the call that AIRR Community resources should be available under an airr-community.org URL and that there are no technical road blocks to this. We will follow up with CommSC with this.

• Until there are any further guidelines on this from CommSC, please do not use any non-"airr-community.org" URLs when referring to the past and present work of MiniStd WG.
• As a reminder, "miairr.airr-community.org" will redirect to the current GitHub repo.
