** Housekeeping ** = Documentation = - Draft version of CEDAR-AIRR Short Manual now online [Ahmad] - Updated NCBI-based submission manual [Ahmad]

** MiAIRR 1.1 ** = Metaanalysis data sets = - Jamie is working on a number of HIV data sets, will report in July - Jean now has two SLE data sets, working on a third. - If noone identifies any cancer-related data sets until the next call

we will scratch it from the list and continue with the previous two.

= Inclusion in journal's submission guidelines = - Drafted letter to Nat Immunol editor. Please comment until 2018-06-18:

= CEDAR for AIRR (CAIRR) = - CAIRR has done a number of test submissions and will likely

go live within the next days/week. There are still some inconveniences but the WG agrees that these should not be considered blockers for the release of CAIRR.

= Ontologies / Vocabularies for MiAIRR fields = - Brian is interested in working on this from the ComRepo side. Please
