Meta: 2018-04-13, 13:30 UTC

** Present ** Ahmad, Brian, Christian, Florian, Jean, John, Lindsay, Steven

** Housekeeping ** - Github landing page was updated to finalize the repo merge with Formats WG - Felix is positive about giving us edit access to the MiniStd page on airr-community.org

once everything has been moved to the new CMS of TAbS. Brian will check with Felix about getting edit access to the current site.

** Public Outreach ** = Systems Immunology workshop / Guildford, UK= - Christian presented MiAIRR poster - In general response was good and positive. People were aware of our work, but they see

implementation hurdles (i.e. how to get stuff into NCBI) -> We now reserved "miairr.org", which redirects to the GitHub repo (Thanks, Steve!)

= GRC Antibody Biology and Engineering / Barra, IT = - Jean presented MiAIRR poster - Rather mixed response, people are resistant to share, think we want to take away their data

-> Need to explain better that the data standard and data publication are two different things

** MiAIRR 1.1 ** = Submission tool chain = - Should we keep working on a programmatic submission tool chain given that CEDAR

is implementing a MiAIRR submission process right now? -> Yes, as we want to keep this possibility for advanced users and large-scale submissions -> Yes, as we will need this in case we expand to ENA

= Data sets = - Jean: Only one data set so far (SLE) - Brian: Will talk to curator about SLE data sets - Florian: Flu - Lindsay: Will check - Steve: Some autoimmune data sets, Jason might join this effort once Formats is finished

** MiAIRR 2.0 ** - F/U from AIRR2017 meeting: -- Working on guidelines for demultiplexing of internal barcodes [Christian] -- Reapproaching Yariv and Greg Ippolito about serum AB data [Christian]

** New Topics ** - What are the current recommendations for data sharing from Nat Immunol / Sci Immunol [Ahmad]
