** Present ** Ahmad, Christian, Corey, Florian, Jean, John, Lindsay, Nishanth, Susanna, Steven

** Organization ** - If you would like to work on the poster for the Systems Immunolog

Workshop, please get in touch with Christian until 2018-03-21

** Housekeeping ** - Repo snapshot onto Zenodo is done, the concept DOI is:

10.5281/zenodo.1185414 (Christian)
  • The Nat Immunol paper is now link from the AIRR Community website (Florian)

** Public Outreach ** - Erick Matsen asked us whether there would be a standard acknowledgement

for MiAIRR-compliant datasets in publications. Jean is in contact with him and will send around a proposal soon.

** MiAIRR 1.1 ** = John's presention on CEDAR and CAIRR = - CEDAR aims to be a hub for metadata, acting both as primary storage itself

as well as front-end for submission to other repos
  • CAIRR currently underutilizes controlled vocabularies, should we work more on this? (Ahmad)
  • Metadata in CEDAR can be exported to JSON-LD, RDF or (partially) directly pushed to NCBI SRA.

= Dataset selection = - We will try to finalize the selection in April. Currently we are looking

for interesting datasets, even if they are not MiAIRR compliant (very likely at this time) and will work with the authors to complete the annotation. See the following lists on B-T.cr as a starting point: - https://b-t.cr/t/publicly-available-airr-seq-data-sets-b-cells/470?u=bussec - https://b-t.cr/t/publicly-available-airr-seq-data-sets-b-cells-continued/525?u=bussec - https://b-t.cr/t/publicly-available-airr-seq-data-sets-t-cells/471?u=bussec

= NCBI = - AIRR-to-NCBI documentation is now included in the general AIRR

documentation [http://docs.airr-community.org] (Christian)

** Interaction with other WG ** - Formats WG asked whether the landing page on the AIRR-standards Github repo

could be more inclusive (i.e. represent both WGs). No objections from our side, during the call, so we will go ahead with the respective changes.
