= Group Guidelines Document = - The Minimal Standards WG Introduction and Guidelines document can

** MiAIRR 1.1 ** = NCBI = - AIRR-to-NCBI documentation has been updated, but need to coordinate with
Formats WG to be included it into general AIRR documentation (Christian) [http://docs.airr-community.org]
- Will switch NCBI submission from GenBank to TLS (Target Locus Study) as backend. While this has several advantages, there are two limitations. A submission MUST: - contain at least 5,000 sequences - with a sequence length of at least 200 bp Please contact Christian if you consider these limitations to be an issue for data you work with/are interested in.
- Will contact NCBI to initiate the process to include the "junction" keyword into the INSDC standard (Christian)
- Will follow-up with NCBI regarding the availability of the submission templates via the NCBI website (Ahmad/Christian/Florian)
= CEDAR integration = - CEDAR has made some progress to integrate MiAIRR (CAIRR). Ahmad and/or
John will present the current state in the next call.
= Meta analysis = - Will search for suitable data sets and create topic specific lists: -- Flu / T cells (Florian) -- HIV / B cells (Jamie) -- SLE / B cells (Jean) -- Cancer ? If anyone is interested, please say "here"
** New Topics ** -- Data coming from the Adaptive platforms is reasonably common, but poses
some challenges in terms of annotation and availability of raw data. Would it be worthwhile to try to collaborate with Adaptive on this?
