Welcome to the Wiki of the AIRR Community Standards Working Group (WG).

You will find the minutes of the WG's conference call since December 2017 (i.e., the start of the 3rd cycle of AIRR-C WGs) via the sidebar on the right. Please note that the Standards WG is the successor of the Data Representation WG and the Minimal Standards WG, which merged effectively in June 2020, although the official merger only took place in December 2020.

Contributions to the minutes are welcome. Everyone who is a member of the Standards Team should have write access to this Wiki.

Please note: To facilitate a more straight-forward transfer of content from this Wiki to our AIRR Community Docs, we are using reStructuredText (reST), not Markdown!

Further note that Github's integrated Wiki is a very simple creature. The main manifestation of this is that each file will be processed separately, i.e., completely agnostic of other files in the directory. This is different from the behavior that you might know from our documentation on ReadtheDocs. Specifically:

• The reST include:: directive does not work, therefore all references must be resolved within the same file.
• reST reference labels (:ref:) do not work between files
