This module helps add and delete contacts

Primary command: !c
Help command: !c help

Adds contact
Command: !c add <name>
Example: !c add aidanangrybird

Deletes contact
Command: !c del <name>
Example: !c del aidanangrybird

Lists contacts
Command: !c list
