This page can be used to post and to get info on how to resolve issues with c9.

1. Several times the project cloned from Github on c9 just appears to be processing without any response.

2. First refresh the page and see if it loads, if not delete your c9 account by clicking on the delete account on the right hand side of the same clone page. c9 will prompt the user to type delete to delete the account.

3. Delete account and click sign in using github and repeat the same steps for a standard sign in.

4. You should now be able to see the repo on c9 and can clone by clicking clone to edit.
